If you're a regular reader of this blog, you know how I love my claws (and mouth) of healthy recipes from the solution of the diet. I have a lot of fresh recipes of generous DSP followers. Mix the eggs in a bowl. Dip the bread into the mixture of egg and generously coat of arms of both sides. Heat a frying pan in a low average value and add the butter. Combine Turkey, onion, juice of lemon, garlic, tomatoes, sea salt, seasoning blends, olive and pepper in a crock pot. Pour in 1/4 cup of broth of chicken and let the ingredients to cook for 7 hours. Combine arrowroot and the rest of the broth of chicken in a small bowl and beat until it is soft. Add the mixture to the crock pot. Cover pot and cook on low for 30 minutes more. Cut the Turkey Breast then is cooked.

5 of tomatoes1 diced onion, chopped1 chopped finely green pepper1 dive dive dive parsley6 basilhandful cucumberhandful sliced garlic cloves (optional) sea saltpepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt and pepper.

handful of chopped cilantro chopped leaves3 garlic cloves1/4 cup of olive oil oil1/4 teaspoon ground black pepperjuice of a lemon

Mix all the ingredients together in a container.

1 teaspoon of smooth or grained Dijon mustard1/2 cup of olive oil oil1 tablespoon ground flaxseed oil1 1/4 tablespoon of wine vinegar

Add mustard and vinegar in a bowl and coat. Slowly transmit in olive oil and continue to beat until the oil is emulsified. Incorporation of flaxseed oil. Serve immediately.
